All CEC events are ADA accessible. Convention sessions will take place at the Tampa Convention Center and the Marriott Waterside Hotel.
If you require ADA accommodations, please complete the ADA Accommodation request form. Please see below for additional information.
Scooters, manual wheelchairs and power chairs are free of charge and will be available at the Accessibility Booth in the Registration Area at the Tampa Convention Center. Please complete and return a form to make your reservation.
Sign language interpreters will be provided at all General Sessions and the Representative Assembly. If you require additional services, please indicate this by checking the appropriate box on the Registration Form and by completing the ADA Accommodation request form. Sign language interpreting requests MUST be made no later than Dec. 7, 2017, in order to ensure availability of services. (After we receive your request, we will work with you to build your convention schedule by utilizing the free online session scheduler). Don’t delay in submitting your form—accommodations may not be available after Dec. 7, 2017.
The convention program will be made available in large-print, Braille (Desk Copy), and thumb-drive formats. Requests must be received by CEC no later than Dec. 7, 2017, to ensure that we have time to arrange for an adequate supply of adapted materials. Please make your requests in advance by completing the ADA Accommodation request form. The adapted programs will be available onsite at the Accessibility Booth.
