CEC is pleased to be working with Orchid Events as our official housing bureau to offer special rates at many hotels within walking distance of the Convention Center. Housing will open in June.
Orchid Events is the official and only housing bureau for the CEC Annual Convention. Please note that no one will contact you directly to book your hotel room(s) or offer you a "special discounted conference rate." Unfortunately, there are multiple scamming companies that call and/or email exhibitors claiming to represent Orchid housing. To be clear, these companies are in no way affiliated with Orchid Events. Please disregard any calls/emails you may receive.
Travel
The San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is approximately 15 minutes driving from the Convention Center.
