The Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) is seeking a professional photography vendor (vendor) to capture photos during the CEC 2020 Special Education Convention & Expo in Portland, Oregon, February 5-8, 2020.

Evaluation/Selection Process
All applications will be evaluated and rated based on applicants demonstrated capability and experience in providing professional photography services to an organization, preferably for associations.
Tentative Selection Schedule
December 4, 2019 – Request for Proposals is released
December 20, 2019 – Proposals due by 5:00 pm ET
January 6-10, 2020 – Interviews with top candidates
January 13, 2020 – CEC awards contract
February 5, 2020 – Vendor start date
