Amid the energy and pace of the convention, taking time to pause and care for yourself is essential. The Wellness Pavilion offers a calm, welcoming space where attendees can reset, recharge, and explore practical approaches to emotional and physical well-being.
Featuring Inside Out Development, the Wellness Pavilion is designed as a supportive, drop-in environment to help you reconnect with yourself and manage stress throughout the day. Inside Out Development integrates somatic-based practices, breathwork, and nervous system education grounded in positive psychology research, showing how mindset, emotion regulation, and embodied practices influence resilience, engagement, and performance. Their work helps educators and professionals cultivate clarity, calm, and presence, skills that support both personal well-being and professional sustainability.
Attendees can expect a welcoming, drop-in wellness experience throughout exhibit hours, featuring comfortable space to rest and reset, brief somatic and breathing practices, and self-guided tools accessible via QR codes. The Wellness Pavilion will also offer Morning Movement and Gentle Chair Yoga sessions on Thursday and Friday mornings from 7:00–7:45 AM, designed to support focus, calm, and nervous system regulation before the day begins.
