Wednesday, March 11 • 6:30 – 8:30 PM
Kick off the convention with a relaxed evening in downtown Salt Lake City. This casual networking event is open to all attendees, providing an ideal opportunity to reunite with friends and make new professional connections as we embark on an exciting few days together.
Awards and Recognition Luncheon
Thursday, March 12 • 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Celebrate excellence! This luncheon honors recipients of awards including Teacher of the Year, Outstanding Paraeducator, Rising Star, Lifetime Achievement, and more. It’s a powerful moment to applaud achievements across the community.

Yes I Can Awards Ceremony
Friday, March 13
Don’t miss this ceremony honoring 12 outstanding students with exceptionalities—ages 3 to 21—across six categories: Academics, Arts, School & Community Activities, Self‑Advocacy, Technology, and Transition. Families and awardees will join us live at the Salt Palace Convention Center, celebrating perseverance, talent, and determination.
CEC Celebration

Let loose after an inspiring day with food, drinks, dancing, and fellowship. Celebrate with CEC at Flanker Kitchen and Sporting Club, offering four unique experiences:
Belt it out at karaoke
Test your swing at the golf simulators
Hold on tight for bull riding in our country western speakeasy
Hit the dance floor with our live DJ spinning all night
Enjoy the provided food and drinks and get ready for nonstop excitement.
