Kickoff Tailgate: Opening Reception

Put on your team colors and get ready for kickoff! Our Opening Reception brings game-day energy to the start of the conference, and every special education professional is on the roster.

Come hungry! The tailgate will feature a spread of crowd-pleasing favorites to refuel you after a day of travel and programming. Join in on classic tailgate games like cornhole and ladder toss, along with friendly competitions sure to spark some playful banter (the kind that ends in high fives).

While mingling, make sure to visit our sponsors and exhibitors—the MVPs who make this event possible. Explore new resources, tools, and services designed to support the students you serve, and you might just leave with some fantastic giveaways.

Whether you're reconnecting with longtime teammates or recruiting new ones, this is the place to huddle up with colleagues who share your passion for helping every student succeed. So, kick off the convention the right way—we'll save you a spot at the tailgate!
