Teacher Exchange Call for Proposals

SUBMISSION DEADLINE

October 14, 2026 – 5PM ET

CEC 2027 Teacher Exchange Submission Guidelines

Submissions are now open for the Teacher Exchange presentations for the CEC 2027 Convention & Expo.

To be considered for the CEC 2027 Program, all participants of each submission must consent to and comply with the following CEC Teacher Exchange Guidelines:

  • Eligibility: Submissions are open to current PK–12 teachers. CEC membership is not required.
  • Purpose: The Teacher Exchange is your chance to spark inspiration and share what works! In this dynamic session format, teachers showcase their most effective strategies with peers. Each session features up to 4 presentations (15 minutes each). Attendees will walk away with practical strategies they can put into action right away in their own classrooms.
  • Submission Limits: Each submitter may submit up to two (2) proposals through this Call. Each presenter may present a maximum of four (4) sessions total across all accepted sessions, including those submitted during the Spring Calls.
  • Registration Requirement: All presenters are required to pay for their registration fee for the CEC 2027 Convention.  All presenters must pay for their registration by December 9, 2026, to present.

Important Notes

  • Please review all submission information and instructions before completing the online proposal form.
  • It is strongly recommended that you draft and carefully review your proposal description before starting the online form.
  • Proposals promoting commercially available products, services, or programs will not be accepted. Those wishing to showcase products should submit them through an Exhibitor Showcase Session. For details, visit the Exhibitors & Sponsors page.
