| January 31, 2024 | Registration deadline for presenters who did not attend the in-person convention in San Antonio |
| April 1, 2024 | Recording and time-stamped caption file uploads due via this link |
| April 1, 2024 | Handouts due to be uploaded via the Whova app (check your email for access information) |
