Be Alert: Unauthorized housing companies have been approaching CEC attendees and exhibitors offering hotel reservations via unauthorized or even sham websites, e-mail communications and phone calls. These companies are in no way affiliated with CEC, the 2025 Convention & Expo, or Visit Baltimore. Neither CEC nor Visit Baltimore can verify the authenticity of these companies or the reservations. Visit Baltimore is the only official housing provider for convention.
